As a Charity, you need to do a lot with little.

Your donor gets a Free App on their iPhone/iPad/iPod [coming soon: BlackBerry, Android, Windows 7 Mobile]
They enter their information once [Name, Address, Phone, email].
They search for their favorite Charities by name, type or keyword, find you;
They decide to contribute $x to one of your funds, or unrestricted.
They can pay either by check or by credit card. [They can opt to save this information for future RE:Give]
They immediately get a receipt in their email as if it came from you.

The funds settle through your existing Merchant Gateway [QBMS, Authorize.net, PayPal, IATS. More being added as needed].
Funds are deposited in your same bank account in the same fashion as they are currently.
The transaction is automatically downloaded to your inhouse servers and posted to:
- Raisers Edge, where the personal details are recorded
- General Ledger software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, Financial Edge) where the transaction details are recorded.

- The script and signature for your emailed receipts.
- Merchant Account Gateway and your Account details. We will contact your Merchant Processor to complete the setup. Some Merchant Processors may require creation of an additional account since this is a mobile payments platform, while all other agreements still hold.
- Your Raiser's Edge version. You can then download the installer, give the file location, and do a test sync. We can help with setup.
- Your General Ledger version (QuickBooks/ Peachtree/ Raisers Edge/Fundware/Sage MIP). You can then download the installer, give the file location, and do a test sync. We can help with setup.

They can look you up right inside their device, add you to their favorites and make a donation in seconds. They instantly get emailed their receipt.

If charity has a website AND shopping cart: No need to go to the Charity's website and enter their information in a shopping cart everytime. They carry every charity's shopping cart in their pocket!
If no shopping cart: No need to call a Charity, wait on the phone, dictate their credit card number. Its all stored in their App.
If they prefer check payment: No need to mail it. They can pay by eCheck.

We are PCI-DSS compliant. [Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is mandated by all the major credit card associations including: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard Worldwide, Visa, Inc. and Visa Europe]
We use Secure Socket Layer encryption, which provides Bank Level Security for the pipe AND session key rotation to guarantee encryption of the "payload" itself.
We maintain only the customer registration data (Name, email, device ID) and data required for audit (transaction ID, Visa..0214, etc.)
Donors maintain their own information in their own device - no cookies anywhere.
Every half-hour, we automatically download all data to our RE:Give SQLite database inside your servers, and flush it from our web server.
We do NOT retain any donation history, so your donors remain yours.
