"We are the publisher of the Listener's Bible audio CD's and downloads and sell through our website, www.listenersbible.com as well as through Amazon and through retail stores nationwide. We were straining under the burden of the logistics of processing orders through multiple channels, inventory management at multiple locations, customer tracking, payment reconciliation and other elements of a workflow that had become quite complex. We used QuickBooks for accounting, and needed to do double entry.
Two years ago, we engaged the services of Hart Singh/QBProfessor LLC. Hart came up with a structure unique to our needs. He introduced us to a third party CRM software and interfaced with our web team. When Hart's new program was set up the data flowed from stage to stage and we eliminated time consuming duplication. It streamlined our order processing and fullfillment so that our small office could process hundreds of orders efficiently and effectively.
